Cheralyn Perkins, DPM, CPed
Cheralyn Perkins, DPM, Cped, is a podiatric physician and surgeon with over 25 years of experience. She is board certified as a Diplomate of: the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery, and the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics. Dr. Perkins has specialties in wound care, and is certified by National Healing Centers and is presently on staff at St. Luke's Hospital in the Lehigh Valley.
Dr. Perkins attended Penn State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Life Science in 1994. She then attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where she earned her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) at the prestigious Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1998. Dr. Perkins completed a Podiatric Surgical Residency/Rotating Podiatric Residency (RPR/PSR-24) at Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem in 2001.
Dr. Perkins is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American Society of Orthotists and Prosthetists, and is affiliated with the Lions Club and the Slate Belt Chamber of Commerce.
David A. Scalzo, DPM
David A. Scalzo, DPM has been a podiatric physician and surgeon since 1995 and in practice since 1999. He is a Diplomate as well as board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery with specialties in bunion correction, hammertoe repair, heel surgery, adult flatfoot repair, sports related injuries and various ligamentous and soft tissue repairs.
Dr. Scalzo attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA for both his undergraduate and graduate studies. He earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) at the prestigious Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1995. Dr. Scalzo then completed a three-year residency program (PSR-36) which focused on both forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive procedures and all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery at Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA in 1999.
Dr. Scalzo is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, and he is affiliated with several area hospitals including Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, the Regional Hospital of Scranton, and Geisinger Community Medical Center in Lackawanna County, PA.
Kathleen A. Hope, DPM
Kathleen A. Hope, DPM, is a podiatric physician and surgeon with 14 years of experience.
Dr. Hope attended Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2005. She then attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) at the prestigious Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2009. A Podiatric Medicine and Surgery (PMS-24) residency followed at Cooper University Hospital in Camden NJ, PMS 24 which Dr. Hope completed in 2011.
Dr. Hope is board certified as a Diplomate of: the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery, and the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics. She is trained in limb preservation and certified in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine by National Healing Centers. Dr. Hope is presently on staff at the St. Luke's Hospital in the Lehigh Valley.
Selina C. Kaminski, DPM
Selina C. Kaminski, DPM is a podiatric physician and surgeon who has been in practice since 2021, with specialties in surgery of the foot and ankle.
Dr. Kaminski attended medical school at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, OH where she graduated with honors, receiving a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2018. Dr. Kaminski’s completed her postgraduate training in 2021 with a residency at Jefferson Health New Jersey Division.
